Hi! Thank you for taking the time to check out my website. Here is a little bit about me, in regards to my photographic practice…

I am a British photographer, based in Devon.

I graduated from Falmouth University.. receiving a Bachelor of Arts First Class Honours degree, specialising in Photography, in July 2024.

I focus on working with photography, as a form of visual storytelling.. choosing to commit to long-term passion projects, which are devoted to portraiture and centred around themes of connection.

I believe my work has a documentary meets editorial feel, as I embrace authenticity, as well as my unique creative vision.. to make my best images.

Ideally, I will always choose to shoot with medium format film, as I appreciate the slower process and find the results I get from shooting on film greatly satisfying. Also, I prefer to capture my images outdoors- utilising natural light in my approach.

I try to capture intimacy in all of my portraits- through an empathetic & gentle approach, with a sensitive & considered tone. My subjects are always the most highly valued element within my work. My priority is forming connections and always creating a quiet & comfortable atmosphere to collaborate in, giving my subjects the space to be vulnerable and therefore capturing honesty & authenticity in every one of my photographs.

My photographic practice allows me a space to express my inner world and feelings, furthermore it gives me the opportunity to connect with many interesting & inspiring individuals.. who I would otherwise not get the chance to meet.
